We had an incredible Purim in Dothan this year. Following a potluck, there was some questionable singing and acting as the story of Esther and the Jews of Persia was told with a Motown spin. Afterwards, we were treated to loads of hamantaschen, courtesy of our temple bakers, and the religious school children packed mishloach manot baskets for delivery to some of our favorite congregants. There werenjust enough sweet treats left over to take to the Purim Carnival and Chili Cookoff which was hosted at Fort Rucker this year.
